
Jane Pollack’s transformative journey was forged when a life-altering health crisis ultimately revealed her true calling as an executive coach. Her career began in the digital advertising space, where she climbed the corporate ladder for 30 years, believing success would bring fulfillment. But, despite thriving professionally, Jane struggled with burnout from a typical corporate environment and her ambitious tendencies. Then, in 2013, her life took a dramatic turn with a challenging medical diagnosis. Though she attempted to downplay the symptoms in order to preserve her professional image, her condition continued to worsen. Eventually, it required brain surgery in 2019, bringing a lengthy recovery period and a profound time of reflection. During this pause, Jane realized her greatest satisfaction had never come from corporate achievements, but from mentoring employees and peers to reach their own career potential. This epiphany led to a complete transformation—not just a career change, but a realignment of her purpose as a coach. Drawing from her own experience of breaking through barriers, she discovered that genuine happiness comes from value-aligned work. She realized she had the wisdom and experience to help others ignite their paths and create ripple effects of impact that extend far beyond themselves.
Today, Jane is a career performance coach who specializes in helping executives and senior leaders ignite their impact and elevate their potential. Her expertise is backed by three decades of experience as a seasoned corporate executive with expertise in team management. As the creator of the Pollack Impact Plan, she cultivates positive change to drive powerful performance. Specifically, she partners with HR teams to provide an outside perspective for strategic solutions that help them to revive and retain employees. She does this by creating custom roadmaps to help employees who are struggling to navigate roadblocks that affect their performance. Additionally, she prepares rising executives for potential pivots, transitions, or new opportunities in a modern job market. And, as an impactful speaker and upcoming co-author of Cracking the Rich Code, she shares her own powerful story of resilience and resurgence to inspire clients to spread their wings and set their impact ablaze.
